What does Facebook say about us as a generation? Pete Cashmore (the CEO and founder of Mashable) attempts to answer this question by going over 10 revealing Facebook facts. Here are some of the ones we found most interesting:

It's ok to friend your coworker, but not your boss. 56% of Americans think it's irresponsible to friend your boss on Facebook. 62% said it's wrong for a manager to friend an employee. However 76% of respondents were in favor of friending peers.

85% of women find their Facebook friends annoying. What is it that people find annoying? People listed their major pet peeves as "sharing unsolicited political views" (42%) and "bragging about seemingly perfect lives" (32%).

48% of people can't stop looking at their ex's Facebook profile. And these are only the people that admitted it!

21% of people would dump you on Facebook. These people are the types who see no problem with changing their facebook relationship status without warning. 70% of people who said this were male.
